About the Complex

Don Quixote Apartments is a family owned 32 unit complex located just south of Central Ave. near the south-west corner of the University of New Mexico, and only a few blocks from TVI. The complex is within comfortable walking distance of restaurants, shops, entertainment, the local Postal Office, and many houses of worship.

The complex is a quiet environment and activities which could interfere with other tenet's quality of life are strongly discouraged (e.g., noisy parties).All Apartments are non-smoking The complex is also a pet-free area. The complex has a selection of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, which have a maximum occupancy of one, two and four people respectively. All apartments are furnished with oak furniture and the rates include utilities (gas, water, electricity). Appliances are gas-powered. Apartments are also pre-wired for telephone and cable TV, and both cable and DSL broadband access are available. The complex has several BBQ areas, has a laundry facility on site, and is illuminated from dusk to dawn. Off-street parking is reserved for tenants.

We are constantly renewing and upgrading our apartments with new furnishings, appliances, carpet and paint. We always provide a clean, modern home for our new tenants. Providing a high quality of living environment and excellent customer service for our tenants are our top priorities! As such, prompt on-site maintenance is available, and management is available 24 horus per day in case of emergency.

Prospective tenants are required to fill out an application and application release form so that we may check their rental, credit and criminal records. All applicants must meet the minimum monthly income level to qualify for consideration.
